Job summary

&pizza is hiring in our Virginia shop where teamwork and guest experience come first. We offer tips, PTO after 90 days, instant pay, growth opportunities, benefits, 401k, company swag, and free pizza in a fast-paced environment.

You will join a team delivering best-in-class hospitality, learn our custom pizza builds, practice safe food handling, and work on the floor/front of the shop for most of your shift. Conversational English required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak conversational English.
• Be able to lift at least 20–40 pounds on a regular basis.
• Spend 80–90% of the shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Demonstrate best-in-class hospitality and teamwork.

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Enjoy working in a team environment + be willing to take direction
• Best in class hospitality
• Learn our custom pizza builds
• Practice safe food handling
• Adhere to uniform policy
• Must spend 80-90% of working shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Be able to lift at least 20-40 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat + bend
• Be able to speak conversational English
• Be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
