Job summary

Burger King in Pleasant Valley Township, IA is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service and assist with daily operations under the guidance of Restaurant Managers and Shift Coordinators.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare and package food, and help keep dining areas clean and safe, while following uniform standards and policies. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to cover shifts and provide great service.

Job description

The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
