Job summary

Workstream in Independence, IA is hiring a Team Member to provide exceptional guest service, greet guests, take orders, and process payments while working closely with restaurant managers and other team members.

You will prepare and package food and drinks, maintain cleanliness and safety, stock inventory, and ensure attendance and adherence to uniform standards. This position involves direct interaction with guests and collaboration across shifts.

Job description

The Team Member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Coordinators. This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
