Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Team Member to join our restaurant team. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience and maintaining food safety standards.

You will be the friendly face greeting customers, handling transactions, and supporting daily store operations. Ideal candidates value teamwork, have basic computer skills, and can stand for long periods while ensuring cleanliness and proper food handling.

We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family at Firehouse Subs® Restaurant!!! Full-time and Part-time positions are available. A Team Member must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people.

Essential Functions include:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards

• Must be able to operate food preparation machinery

Additional Requirements:

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
