Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a Team Member in a part-time role. You are the face of the restaurant, delivering friendly service and helping ensure a great customer and store experience in a fast casual setting. Roles include greeting customers, supporting food prep and store operations, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Flexible scheduling may apply, with emphasis on customer service and teamwork as core responsibilities in this Firehouse Subs location.

A Team Member must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the “Face” of Firehouse Subs. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people.

Essential Functions include:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards

• Must be able to operate food preparation machinery

• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies

Additional Requirements:

• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
