Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to assist with daily food and beverage preparation, delivering great guest service, and keeping the workspace clean and organized.

You will follow brand standards, ensure food safety, and help guests with menu questions while maintaining speed of service and accuracy in orders.

Overview

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Education/Experience

• You must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Demands/Working Conditions
