Dunkin’ is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to perform food and beverage prep, ensure great guest service, and keep the workspace clean and safe. You will follow brand standards and assist in answering guest questions while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include preparing orders, maintaining stock, handling drive-thru/front counter interactions, and collaborating with managers and coworkers to deliver accurate orders quickly and with a guest-focused attitude.

Qualificações

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas

Overview

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include

Education/Experience

• You must be at least 18 years old

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

• Standing on feet
