Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to assist in food and beverage preparation, guest service, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will support team operations and deliver quality experiences to guests in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old with a willingness to learn, strong teamwork, and a guest-focused attitude. This role requires standing for extended periods and the ability to work in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.

Overview

A Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Responsibilities Include
