Job summary

Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill is hiring Team Members to join their growing team. This permanent role offers both full-time and part-time hours and a flexible schedule designed to fit your busy life.

You will help the restaurant team prepare fresh Mexican food daily, take orders, assemble meals and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include flexible scheduling for teens and adults, opportunities for career growth, and the chance to develop

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fast speed of service during rush times.
• Take orders from customers and input selections into the restaurant's computer systems.
• Assemble orders on trays or in bags depending on the type of order.
• Process large orders for events.
• Count cash till at the end of each shift and deposit money in the safe.
• Clean your station thoroughly before, during and after each shift.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns and complaints and make sure they leave satisfied.
• Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures.
• Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion.
