Responsibilities

• Use CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected.
• Operate the POS at the front counter or in the drive-thru.
• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer.
• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter.
• Checking for product quality and consistency.
• Assist leadership in opening or closing procedures.
• Willing to assist in other Front of House stations (monitor, dining room, or window).
• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
• Complete all tasks beyond the job description, if necessary.
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes.
