Job summary

R&R Bbq in Farmington, UT is seeking team members to deliver delicious BBQ and friendly service. You will take orders at the cash register, handle payments, and help with prep and cleaning to keep the dining area inviting for fans.

Hourly wage depends on tips per shift, with flexible schedules and opportunities for advancement as the company grows. Be at least 16 and ready to work in a fast-paced setting. E-Verify is used for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders at the cash register.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R&R standards.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our Fans.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning, or preparing sauces).
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the crew.
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with crewmates and fans.
