Job summary

Harri is hiring for full-time restaurant positions in Meridian, Idaho. Crew members help deliver high-quality BBQ to loyal fans, work flexible shifts, and enjoy team-driven culture with meal perks and employee benefits.

All team members play a role in serving customers and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards. Applicants should be at least 16 years old with restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take orders at the cash register.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R&R standards.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and walk for a full shift and stay in motion to serve Fans.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning, or preparing sauces).
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the crew.
• Clean up station and handle leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Follow nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with crewmates and fans.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Your primary responsibilities are to deliver the best damn BBQ to our loyal Fans, Make some money, and have fun doing it. So if you're in the kitchen or handling the cash register - whether serving up some mouth-watering BBQ or wiping down tables after dinner hours are over - we want you to enjoy what you do every day.

• Taking orders at the cash register
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R&R standards
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized
• Stand and walk for an entire shift – This role is constantly in motion to deliver mind-blowing meals to our Fans
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning, or preparing sauces)
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the crew
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with crewmates and fans

Hourly Wage depends on the Tipped amount each shift.
