Job summary

R in North Salt Lake, UT is hiring for full-time roles with flexible schedules. Be at least 16 years old; restaurant experience is preferred. You will take orders, uphold safety and sanitation standards, restock and prep items, and work with the crew to deliver great BBQ to our fans.

Responsibilities

• Take orders at the cash register.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures and all R&R standards.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Stand and walk for an entire shift – role is in constant motion.
• Set up and stock stations with supplies.
• Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, portioning, sauces).
• Prepare menu items in cooperation with the crew.
• Clean up station and handle leftover food.
• Stock inventory appropriately.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with crewmates and fans.

Your primary responsibilities are to deliver the best damn BBQ to our loyal Fans, Make some money, and have fun doing it.So if you're in the kitchen or handling the cash register - whether serving up some mouth-watering BBQ or wiping down tables after dinner hours are over - we want you to enjoy what you do every day.

**Hourly Wage depends on the Tipped amount each shift.**
