Job Description

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Pay Rates / Ladder of Growth

Drivers – $8–$10 per hour (take home cash and credit card tips daily; average total $15–$25 per hour)
Customer service reps – $12 per hour
Pizza Makers – $13 per hour
Opening or closing shift managers (only available for one of the positions) – $14 per hour
Opening or closing managers (available to do either) – $15 per hour (open availability mandatory)
Assistant manager – $16 per hour (open availability mandatory)
General Manager in training – $17 salary (open availability mandatory)
