You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

Pay Rates / Ladder of Growth

• Drivers: $8-10 per hour (take home cash and credit card tips daily; average $15-25 total)
• Customer service reps: $12 per hour
• Pizza makers: $13 per hour
• Opening or closing shift managers: $14 per hour
• Opening or closing managers: $15 per hour (open availability mandatory)
• Assistant manager: $16 per hour (open availability mandatory)
• General manager in training: $17 salary (open availability mandatory)
