You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example by following all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Pay and Benefits

• Drivers – $10 per hour (average total $15–$25 per hour)
• Opening/Closing Shift Manager – $14 per hour
• Opening/Closing Manager – $15 per hour (mandatory open availability)
• Assistant Manager – $16 per hour (mandatory open availability)
• General Manager in Training – $17 per hour (mandatory open availability)
