Job Description

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.

Pay Rates / Ladder of Growth

• Drivers – $8–$10 per hour (take‑home cash and credit card tips daily. Average in total $15–$25 per hour)
• Opening or closing shift managers (only available for one or the other) – $14 per hour
• Opening or closing managers (available to do either) – $15 per hour (open availability mandatory)
• Assistant manager – $16 per hour (open availability mandatory)
• General Manager in training – $17 per hour (salary, open availability mandatory)
