JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES:

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

Pay Rates / Ladder of Growth

• Driver: $8–$10 per hour (take home cash and credit card tips daily. Average in total $15–$25 per hour)
• Customer Service Rep: $12 per hour
• Pizza Maker: $13 per hour
• Opening or Closing Shift Manager (only available for one or the other): $14 per hour
• Opening or Closing Manager (available to do either): $15 per hour (open availability mandatory)
• Assistant Manager: $16 per hour (open availability mandatory)
• General Manager in Training: $17 per hour (salary, open availability mandatory)
