Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Team Member to greet guests, assist with product selection, and help finish and decorate cakes in a friendly, welcoming bakery. You will support all areas of the bakery while ensuring a fun guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with stocking and merchandising, and collaborating with teammates to uphold brand standards and a celebratory atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Retail or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we bring joy to every guest through exceptional service, beautifully decorated cakes, and a fun, welcoming bakery environment. As a Team Member, you will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, allowing you to support all areas of the bakery while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
