Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Team Member to join our welcoming bakery team in California. You will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, supporting all bakery areas while creating memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, helping with product selection, decorating cakes, and maintaining a clean, food-safe workspace. Prior experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable and customer-focused individuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.
