Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is hiring a Team Member to greet guests, assist with product selection, and help across cake finishing and frosting. You’ll support bakery operations, keep a clean, food-safe space, and contribute to a fun, welcoming environment that reflects the brand.

The role emphasizes cross-training in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, with opportunities to collaborate across shifts and celebrate moments with guests.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

As a Team Member, you will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, allowing you to support all areas of the bakery while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
