Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is looking for a friendly Team Member to greet guests, assist with product selection, and help decorate and package cakes. You’ll support bakery operations, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and contribute to a fun, team-oriented environment.

As a Team Member, you’ll learn guest service, cake finishing, frosting, and basic cash-handling, working with colleagues to ensure the best guest experience and timely service in a fast-paced bakery.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting.
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus, but not required.

As a Team Member, you will be cross-trained in guest service, cake finishing, and frosting, allowing you to support all areas of the bakery while creating memorable experiences for our guests.
