Sam’s Club, a division of Walmart, is hiring Team Managers in Clubs across locations to lead and develop teams that delight members and drive sales. You will empower associates, apply our values, and guide operations to deliver exceptional service and results.

Formación

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience with 6 months’ supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 1 year’s SAM’S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.
• Environmental Compliance or related field, Retail profit and loss statement management experience, Supervisory experience, Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance

• Lead and develop the team to delight members and grow sales.
• Model Sam’s Club values and act as a servant leader.
• Foster curiosity, change, and use digital tools to improve operations.
• Deliver member-focused results with an omni-merchant mindset and EDLP/EDLC planning.
