Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year retail with 6 months supervisory experience.
• 3 years military experience acceptable.
• Preferred: supervisory experience in retail or warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Sam's Club team members to deliver exceptional member service.
• Drive sales growth and ensure adherence to EDLP/EDLC business models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet store goals and develop associates.
