Qualifications

• Age 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals.
• Participate in interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained.
