Panera Bread is seeking a Manager in training to join our bakery-cafe leadership team in Fairfax, VA. You’ll help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold high standards that guests expect.

As a Team Manager, you’ll lead, coach and motivate staff to achieve goals in sales, speed, and guest experience, while participating in hiring and training. Flexible hours and growth opportunities await.

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).

• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
