The role emphasizes coaching and motivating team members, interviewing candidates, training on food safety, and cultivating a warm, growth‑oriented culture. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading restaurant teams or similar environments.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop staff.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
