Panera Bread in Richmond, VA is looking for a Manager In Training to lead shifts, coach team members, and drive guest satisfaction. You will help ensure service, food quality, and a positive guest experience while preparing for a future leadership role.

This role requires a minimum 18 years old, 1+ year restaurant management experience preferred, ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it, and flexible hours including nights and weekends.
