Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks a delivery manager to lead agile engineering delivery across distributed teams in a remote-first setup. You will define, implement, and monitor delivery processes and metrics to improve predictability and efficiency.

Responsibilities include forecasting, capacity planning, dashboards, and collaboration with leadership to remove bottlenecks. Experience with Kanban (KMP) is welcome, and the role supports a fully remote model with optional coworking in Brazil.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in agile and engineering delivery management.
• Proven experience with flow metrics, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Knowledge of DORA metrics and probabilistic forecasting techniques.
• Ability to manage distributed teams and use tools like Jira or Azure Boards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Advanced knowledge or certification in Kanban (KMP) is desirable.
