Job summary

Panera Bread in Reading, PA is seeking a Team Manager to lead our bakery-cafe leadership team, running great shifts and supporting team development while upholding high guest satisfaction and food safety standards.

You will coach and motivate staff to exceed goals in sales, speed, and accuracy, participate in interviewing, and help cultivate a welcoming culture. This role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends, with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities
