Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead bakery-cafe shifts, coach staff, and uphold high guest service standards. You will drive performance, train teammates on safety, and foster a warm, growth-oriented culture on a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate and coach.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery-cafe’s leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
  • Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
