Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold high standards for guest experience. You will coach staff, participate in hiring, and ensure food safety training is followed in a fast-paced bakery-cafe environment.

You will cultivate warm relationships with guests and team members, drive performance across sales and service, and help sustain Panera Bread’s culture of teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts, motivate and coach others.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required for employment.
• ServSafe certification or ability to achieve certification.

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery-cafe’s leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.
