Panera Bread in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold our high guest experience standards.

You will coach and develop staff, drive sales and service excellence, participate in interviewing, and ensure food safety training is maintained. The role emphasizes culture, warmth, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand up to 6 hours.

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery-cafe’s leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
