Job summary

Panera Bread in Delafield, WI is seeking a Team Manager to join the bakery-cafe leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

Drive exceptional guest experiences, coach staff, and lead by example to achieve goals in sales, service speed, accuracy, and overall guest satisfaction. This role offers flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest is delighted by the quality of our food, service, and staff.
• Build engaging relationships that lead to long-term guests.
• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process.
• Train the team in food safety standards and ensure they are maintained.
