Panera Bread Mechanicsburg is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold the high standards our guests expect. You will be responsible for coaching staff, ensuring food safety, and driving guest satisfaction in a fast-paced bakery-cafe setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of restaurant management, ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Background checks apply.

While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.

Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
