Panera Bread in Reading, PA is seeking a Team Manager to help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold high standards for guests. You will lead, coach, and motivate team members to exceed goals in speed, accuracy, and service, while interviewing and training staff in food safety.

This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for career advancement and recognition. Competitive pay is offered with potential bonuses.

This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
