Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager to lead bakery-cafe shifts, support development of team members, and uphold high guest experience standards. You will play a key role in running operations and maintaining Panera's welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes coaching, training in food safety, and fostering a culture of warmth and teamwork. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
