Panera Bread in Lewisburg, PA seeks a Team Manager to lead daily bakery-café operations and a shift-strong team while upholding high standards of service.

You will coach staff, manage shifts, interview and select team members, and reinforce food safety with the team. This role combines leadership with guest focus in a fast-paced environment.

As a Team Manager, you'll be part of the bakery-cafe's leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

As a Team Manager at Panera, Your Role Includes:
