Panera Bread in Phillipsburg, NJ is seeking a Team Manager to lead a bakery-cafe leadership team and oversee shifts, development of team members, and guest experience. You will coach staff, participate in hiring, and ensure food safety standards are upheld in a fast-paced setting.

This role emphasizes building warmth and trust within the team, delivering consistent quality, and driving guest satisfaction through strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds; stand/walk up to 6 hours.

• While performing this job, the Team Manager role is regularly required to: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects 25 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.
• Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment.
