Job summary

The Arnott's Group is seeking a Team Manager to lead performance across multiple manufacturing lines on the Night Shift at Virginia. You will build capability, coach frontline leaders, and cultivate a high-performing culture focused on safety, quality and efficiency.

You will own operational results, drive improvements, and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams to achieve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within manufacturing or fast-paced environments.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management capability.
• Experience guiding teams through change and delivering results.
• Proven problem-solving skills and sound decision-making under pressure.
• Continuous improvement mindset with identifying opportunities and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Level 7 operators and frontline leaders.
• Drive line performance across safety, quality, yield and OEE.
• Lead team performance, labour planning and payroll activities.
• Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain teams.

About the Role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to lead performance across multiple manufacturing lines on our Night Shift teamatVirginia. This role is all about building capability, coaching and developing frontline leaders, and creating a high-performing culture where teams can thrive.You'lltake ownership of operational results, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work cross-functionally to ensure safety, quality, people, and performance outcomes are achieved.

What your days look like
