About the Role:
At Arnott's, we're passionate about keeping our manufacturing operations running safely, efficiently and reliably. As our Asset Care Planner, you'll play a critical role in driving maintenance planning and scheduling excellence across our Virginia site.
Reporting to the Asset Care Lead, you'll be responsible for leading maintenance planning activities, optimising SAP PM work management processes, coordinating maintenance schedules, and ensuring maintenance resources, materials and documentation are in place to support operational success. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys working closely with operations, engineering and maintenance teams to improve asset reliability and site performance.

Proven maintenance planning experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
Advanced SAP PM knowledge and maintenance systems expertise.

Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on reliability.
