Ladders is seeking a Manager, Data Management Program Lead, Hematology to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This remote US-based role guides clinical data management for hematology studies, focusing on data quality, process consistency, and timely execution.

You will partner with study teams, program leads and external vendors to reduce risk and keep data deliverables on track. Remote-US based, no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of clinical data management experience in pharma/biotech.
• 5+ years as a Lead Data Manager.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience in oncology CDM.
• Familiarity with multiple EDC systems, especially Medidata Rave.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ICH guidelines and data management regulations.
• Experience developing data management standards.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Data Management Program Lead, Hematology to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will guide clinical data management program activities supporting hematology studies, with a strong emphasis on data quality, process consistency, and timely execution. The manager will partner closely with study teams, program leads, and external vendors to reduce risk and keep data deliverables on track. This is a highly collaborative role that helps standardize data management practices while supporting operational excellence across the portfolio.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $123,200 – $163,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence clinical study teams to mitigate study risks
• Oversee the performance of data managers to meet timelines and ensure data quality
• Participate in initiatives aimed at standardizing data management processes and technology
