Qualifications

• Doctorate plus 2 years, or Master's plus 6 years, or Bachelor's plus 8 years, or Associate's plus 10 years, or high school diploma plus 12 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct management or leadership experience in teams, projects, or resource allocation.
• Advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business operations or digital enablement within pharma/biotech/healthcare sectors preferred.
• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs, evidence generation, and the healthcare ecosystem.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager Business Performance & Digital Enablement - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead business performance and digital enablement efforts that improve operating effectiveness across Medical Affairs and evidence generation functions. The position will partner closely with stakeholders to strengthen governance, reporting, technology adoption, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. It will also drive continuous improvement in how people, processes, systems, and information work together to support strategic priorities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $158,255 - $214,110 annually
