Ladders is seeking a Global Clinical Study Senior Manager to guide the end-to-end operational delivery of global clinical studies. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to keep programs on track from start-up through close-out, focusing on execution, governance, and disciplined study management to meet timelines, quality, and budget.

The position is remote for US-based candidates only, with compensation ranging from $136,400 to $181,400 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of project management experience in clinical trials within biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.
• Proven experience in clinical research, including team lead experience in clinical functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity and transparency.

For our client, we are seeking a Global Clinical Study Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will guide the end-to-end operational delivery of global clinical studies, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to keep programs on track from start-up through close-out. The position is focused on execution, governance, and disciplined study management, with accountability for timelines, quality, and budget across regions. Success in this role will help ensure studies are run in compliance with protocols, SOPs, and applicable regulations while supporting strong operational outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $136,400 – $181,400 annually
