Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Project Manager (Solution Delivery) to drive planning and execution of customer-facing projects in a technical or laboratory environment.

You will partner with sales, service, and customer teams to ensure clear timelines, coordinated resources, and effective stakeholder communication, with emphasis on clinical laboratory operations, regulatory expectations, and change management to deliver sustainable healthcare outcomes. Remote US-based opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical laboratory experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate comprehensive project plans to stakeholders.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager (Solution Delivery) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive the planning and execution of customer-facing projects within a technical or laboratory environment, ensuring clear timelines, coordinated resources, and consistent stakeholder communication. The Project Manager will partner closely with sales, service, and customer teams to support successful solution placement and adoption. The position also requires a strong understanding of clinical laboratory operations, regulatory expectations, and change management to help deliver sustainable outcomes for healthcare customers.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $104,700 – $167,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate comprehensive project plans to stakeholders
