Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest enjoys high-quality food, service, and staff interactions.
• Build engaging relationships that encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
• Lead, coach, and inspire team members to achieve sales, speed, accuracy, and guest‑experience goals.
• Participate in interviewing and selecting new team members.
• Train the team in food‑safety standards and uphold these standards consistently.
• Contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate and develop associates in a fast‑paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain certification).
• Flexible to work nights and weekends; able to accommodate shifting priorities.

Physical & Communication Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 25 lbs.
• Stand and walk up to 6 hours per shift.
• Communicate clearly and understand guests’ and associates’ directions in a loud environment.
