Qualifications

• Experience required: 3 to 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, selects and trains team members.
• Direct the work of team members.
• Appraises productivity to guide promotions or changes in status.
• Handles team member issues including complaints.
• Discipline team members when needed.
• Plan and assign work to the team.
• Ensure safety and security of team members and the store.
• Manage department or location budget and inventory.
• Monitor or implement compliance measures.
• Oversee and evaluate training to reduce turnover and control labor costs.
