Giant Eagle, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to develop into the Store Leader role. This position emphasizes leading safety initiatives, representing the company professionally, and promoting diversity and mutual respect within the team.

You will guide Team Leaders and Team Members, drive store performance, and ensure onboarding and continuous staff development. This developmental role requires 3–5 years of leadership experience in retail and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years leadership experience within multiple lines of business.
• Retail leadership experience desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
