Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years retail work experience.
• Retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated product knowledge relevant to department.
• Satisfactory performance and discipline record.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Members through training, feedback, and ongoing development.
• Maintain a culture of safety while delivering guest experience with food quality and service.
• Build a high-performing team by identifying strengths and scheduling decisions.
• Drive department sales and profitability by meeting performance goals and controlling labor costs.
• Partner with merchandising teams and communicate with Team Members to execute promotions and inventory processes.
