Job summary

Garmin Ltd. in Cary, NC is seeking a full-time Team Leader Quality to guide a team of software quality analysts and drive automation testing for Garmin's outdoor product software.

You will coach and develop team members, design test plans, oversee the SDLC, and partner with product engineering to resolve issues and improve processes. A minimum of 5 years in software quality with leadership experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience required.
• At least 5 years of software quality/testing experience.
• Experience leading a software quality team and designing test plans.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a software quality team, setting the tone and mentoring staff.
• Plan, perform, and document software testing to meet requirements.
• Develop and drive automation testing initiatives.
• Communicate results with product teams and drive process improvements.
